Charset issue -

Hi there,

i have some issues with acentuation and database records, with Chrome and Moz, its all good, but when i get some records from IE the acentuation goes wrong, i changed all that i know to charset UTF8, but i still have acentuation erros, the site have UTF8 charset defined and this is my mysql_server charsets:

Server characterset: latin1
Db characterset: utf8
client characterset: utf8
conn. characterset: utf8

any idea?
