Hi, i would like to know about 2 concepts where i am completely blank how to start since i am new to android

1. Bounce or spring back effect in a horizontal scroll view in android

2. How to show page numbers in a text view like this:25/50,26/50 as user scrolls the text in android

Please help me with these things soon as possible.. Thanks in advance:)

Hi, I worked on the example link about "Horizontal Scroll View with Paging" but come up with errors and since i am fresher and new to android ... I have rectified the errors which i could but for few i could not...I have got an error in OnTouchListener saying to import android.view.View, I have imported but still shows me an error. Help me with it. I am posting a screen shot of the errors i got... Thanks in advance:)

The bounce / spring back scroll effect - depends on your device, but you would most likely need to check out a 3rd party replacement home launcher (such as Go Launcher EX or if you are running ICS then you could check out APEX or Nova)...
