I am a person who is filled with theories and morals. Why do you think I stay around the lounge so much.

You give me a situation, and I will give you moral advice, no matter how much I don't like you.

Personally it frightened me quite a bit. As a Coloradan I have a number of friends that went to the midnight showing and I was a little worried that they may have been in the theater. However, this was mostly because of how terrible the news coverage was. I saw three different articles claiming different theaters were attacked (Denver, Aurora, and Boulder Movie theater), where only 1 was.

From what I got out of the multiple articles I read:
There was 1 shooter
He had a couple gas bombs with him, sounds like they were homemade.
He had more bombs in his apartment -- police found them.
He was carrying multiple guns, wore a bullet proof vest and a gas mask.
Walked up the stairs shooting with no real target.
Was in Aurora. Not Denver, or Boulder.

Scary shit, made scarier when the news can't even get the correct location.

Will this change my movie-going habits? No. I don't go to many movies as it is, and even fewer opening-nights. I'll still see movies that I deem worthy or wait for them to be on DVD/ tv/ Blue ray.

lmfao moral advice from a 15 year old who can't maintain a dialog without using his age to excuse his ineptitude?

EDIT:
Ok, I'll stop picking on Joe now...

You've been a member for 8 days. You have 75 posts. Up until today, I didn't know your name. I didn't recognize your avatar. And I hadn't noticed your presence in the Lounge at all whatsoever. If you were banned tomorrow, a week from now, I wouldn't remember your username or that you existed in the first place.

Just to put things into perspective for you.

Religious advice isn't moral advice. Telling us what your invisible friend would want isn't the same as telling us the best course to human happiness and well being.

Moral superiority also doesn't qualify as morality, it just makes you look like a prick.

The news is notorious for reporting misinformation, in this day and age if you want the facts you need to rely on better sources sadly. (eg. Twitter is more reliable than Fox,CBS and NBC as with their local affiliates)

This actually reminds me of this movie

He's a moral sort of person. "Long" and "hard" are not things he thinks about.
At least, he tries not to think about them, but sometimes, you know, thoughts do wander...

your talking to a f-ing 15 year old.

Anyone see how Obama had a prayer moment for the victims? Wonder who he prayed to.

will a mod just take away his posting ability already so we can get back to actual conversation? because even another awful gun control debate is better than this.

If he decides to flare up that'll happen.

Hopefully he's reading the current edition of "Stu the Cockatoo is new at the Zoo".

He said he was taking himself out of the conversation, so let's just drop it?
