Hi everyone. This is my second post. Thank you all for great forum. Here is my questions
1) My personality says do a creative resume like that >> http://themescompany...%C3%A9s_121.jpg
This guy (http://www.alstudio.fr.st/) hired by Microsoft because of his animated cv.
However, one side says it is informal and do more formal resume. What do you guys think?
2)I did a Firefox extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/TrololoComment/) for fun with limited Javascript knowledge and lots of tutorial. Nothing serious. Should i add it on my resume? Or should i add it on my blog and write my blog's name on my resume?

I may be wrong, but I would suggest you throw that away, and go to a design that conveys your strengths and experience effectively.
If you have a collection of small projects, put them in some place where they can be found easily and put a pointer to them in the resume. Make sure that collection is well organized and easy to navigate, since it's now part of your package.

Its been my experience that companies throw out fancy resumes in fact I know it to be true from my HR friends and all the HR departments that were in the companies I worked for. They look for direct information and nothing more. If you want to showcase your stuff put a link to it at the end.

Put the picture on your website as an informal resume if you want but never send it to an employer as the official one.
Also, you have a heck of a lot of interests there. For your official resume pick two or three that you can really talk about. For example, if you own a telescope, have some magazine subscriptions, then go ahead and put astronomy... because really, everyone likes astronomy.

Want to know what happens with resumes? They get put into a PDF ripper, and parsed for useful information.
Unless you're applying for a creative position, keep it professional.

I think that resume will pass on the company where the dude passed it, since his proficiencies point to graphic design and that resume is really creative.

Add it to your resume and to your blog.
