Best Cross-Platform 3D game engine?

I have just recently getting into developing apps for IOS/Android and i was wondering, what the best 3D game engine is for Cross-Platform Apps (IOS/Android).
Price is no concern for me as long as it is not over $10,000.
PS. Please don't say Unity 3d or Torque 3D, Thanks.

Its supposed to say "Best 3D Game Engine Cross-Platform (IOS/Android)
