Help with ideas

I have a project and I am lost/clueless...

I don't need actual coding help, I need motivation and flare help...

Project is:

Web site for an RV Park

Sounds simple right? For the life of me I cannot get this together. Someone throw some ideas at me please!!!

What do you want this site to do? Display info? Sell spaces? Pay rent? Store account information?

Storyboard. Before you even think about touching your mouse, spend at least a few hours sketching, thumbnails. and the works.

My typical process

Development:

1. Define the problem in your own terms
2. What inputs are you given?
3. What needs to be outputted?
4. How can you make 2 and 3 link?
5. How fast can you make it happen?
6. Touch a mouse, and get to work

Design:

1. Define the problem in your own terms
2. Sketch thumbnails of the idea, fill at least 5 pages.
3. Select your more favorite thumbnails
4. Detail 3-5 thumbnails, keep an equal amount of bad ones
5. Present 2 of your favorites and 2 bad ones (client [hopefully] picks one of the goods, illusion of choice.)
6. Design it.
