I have set owner to current user and give persmission to write and read for www folder.
where I have put travel folder.
but I got following error.

I have drupal 7 content in travel folder. do I have to do more configuration to run drupal on ubuntu server 12.04

You don't have permission to access /travel/ on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 80

I tried restarting apchee and mysql but still get same problem.
can anybody help me??

There's a difference between asking for help and never doing anything for yourself. Be careful not to cross that line any further.

Read and learn. Apache is run as the user www normally. Find out its default user and work from there.

I would normally not go into this, but given your tendency to ask very obvious questions repeatedly with no significant signs of progress, I have to say learn to google. Answers are easy to find if you're willing to put in the work to find them. You're not going to last long in technology unless you discover this universal truth.
