i want to fill combo box present in datagridview

here i want to collect multiple values present in xml file under <prize> tag, but in the code there was datatable used to allocate the data source to datagridview value.So tell me how do i bind my datatable with that values, So i need help about it give me any convinent source code to do it Please,Thank you
