Here's an idea to go for. Every language has its distinct strengths, what it's good for. Why not have the experts, leaders, and professionals write one for every language forum?

A quick template to get some people started on it:

Topic: Why [languagename]?

Body:

Why should you choose [languagename]?

Distinct Characteristics of the language, is it OO, Functional, mix? Where did it come from? What's it similar to?

Where is it primarily used?

What are its strengths?

Where can I learn more?

It can probably use some work, but it would be an excellent resource for reference when people have the what language question.
