Surely you're not asking us how to read up on something??
If you follow Bob's advice and have a read up on ADO, you will find everything you need to know.
Once you've had a go at it yourself, if you have any problems, post the code that you have written and describe the problems that you have and people will be happy to give you more assistance.

sir im using the adoc and flexgrid control.when i run the program to test an error msg appear "unable to bind field or datamember"

Well, there you go. You're unable to bind a field or a datamember. No idea which field or datamember you're unable to bind, of course. If we sound unhelpful, then perhaps you'll consider following the advice you've been given in some of your other posts about how to post your problems properly.
