Snoopy is right. You need to build the core Horde3D libraries first.

From what I saw in the 1.0.0 Beta 5 SDK, it only has a VS2008 solution in the package. I don't know what the "Game Engine 2010" solution is. Does it also rebuild the Horde3D libraries?

Skydiver Yes we just as VS2008 we have GameEngine_2010.sln also.

Anyways if i am not getting you wrong building the whole solution of the SVN should create all libraries?
I am doing so and i also don't believe that how can it say me that it cannot open horde3d.lib.

reason it makes me sure is that i am looking in my whole ocmputer but still i am not getting any horde3d.lib files

When I downloaded the 1.0.0 Beta 5 SDK and tried building using the Horde3D.sln in VS2010, it generated a Horde3D.dll, but strangely generated a lib file name Horde3D_vc8.lib. Looking at the project files it looks like the suffix is deliberately there so its not a conversion error from VS2008 to VS2010.

If you've built Horde3D, I would run 'where /r "D:\Thesis Documents\SVN WITH QT\Tools" Horde3D*.lib' in the CMD window to see if it did the same thing for you.

Spoiler
