I am looking to develop my portfolio to present to employers during my job search. For those of you who already have portfolios that you've created, what kind of feedback have you gotten from employers? What do they look for as far as content? If I do not have much to actually include in a portfolio, what types of projects would you suggest someone to take on that would be great for a portfolio?

Well I guess projects depend on what you want to work on. Try finding projects that you think are as closest to what you want to do and work on them.
