Forms...upon forms

Posted 06 August 2012 - 07:18 PM

Im making a form where the user will type information into and then once they click the button it will open a new form..like a window to display the information for e.g. working out a bill from a b&b the first form will ask them did they have breakfast..lunch...dinner...other...and they will click x amount dependent on the amount of people that are staying...then they will click generate and this will take the information and open a new form saying this is your bill your breakfast cost this etc...

My problem is i dont know how i would even attempt to make the generate button..and do i need a new form or can you make a richtextbox or something appear or can i just add the details to a text file and then just open the textfile

If someone more experienced could give me some guidance or any help i would really appreciate this.
