Is their an Ms Access to VisualDataGrid Primer

Posted 09 August 2012 - 02:01 PM

Hello. I would like to use the VisualDataGrid Control to let a user add and edit a list of about 30 key words and file names. I have the grid reading from the Access database easy. Problem it is cant save any of the changes back. All the examples it find are doing a lot of manual connection work and not using the simple one line Grid connection link. So i figured before i post a lot of code every has already seen i would like ot know if any one can point me to the thread that already covered this. Later tonight ill post so sample stuff. Thanks.

Is this a split design? Access is backend with data? What is the frontend?

Or is this an all-in-one Access db?

I am not familiar with VisualDataGrid control.

Google: Access compatible datagrid control

EDIT: This article suggests can get from third party http://www.granite.a...ridcontrols.htm

Why do you need? Can't form in DatasheetView serve?
