Hey.

A couple of things about your second site: First, that blue "e" logo is the Internet Explorer logo. Everybody knows that. You'd do better to find something more unique to your site. Perhaps make one yourself, or get a designer to make one for you. - Second, all those constant animations eat up way to much power. While CSS3 animations are cool and all, you don't want to abuse them. For one, nobody appreciates it when your sites eat up big chunks of their system resources (which means battery life, in case of mobile devices). For another, constant animations are extremely distracting.

Start simple, deliver your message clearly and concisely. The goal of web design is to highlight the content of the site, not the design.

Bad design sticks out like a sore thumb, Good design is noticed, Great design is completely transparent. Aim for transparency.

Trust me when I say you don't want a score right now. Finish up and we'll see in that one.

OK if I may add some comments:

1. you dont need to tell everyone that you made that site.
2. if you are trying to make it in english, try to get a grasp of how the wording is done in english in other words don't just toss english in there hoping to convey a message.
3. Lose the animation unless it is required
