Hey guys, my laptop screen was working well until couple of days before, when I discovered that my web browser window started fluctuating, then I got ultimate shock when I got to know that not only my web browser, but the whole screen is fluctuating and some applications are not able to boot properly. What could be the possible cause of it? Please suggest some measures.

Can you further describe 'fluctuation'?
I doubt this is a software issue, moved to Computer Support -> Hardware -> Laptops

When I open any application, their windows start fluctuating(window on then off, repeatedly, like someone is switching them off then on and then off again).

Slam on your windows key, alt keys, & control keys. Any of them maybe stuck.
Apart from that, boot into safe mode & see if the problem continues. (assuming you are running Windows)

Check for stuck keys, as mentioned above.
Just to be safe, make sure to run a few scans using Panda Cloud AV and Malware Bytes in safe mode, there's a remote possibility that it's a hijacking worm of some sort.

Agreed. Check for stuck keys. If you know how to take it apart, you can check the ZIF connector on the bottom of the keyboard. I would do this after exhausting all other options, as it is more likely a key-specific issue.
