Unity 3D Out of Memory Error

After a while of playing my game Flashlight, Unity crashes and it gives me an Out of Memory error. What do I do?

My computer has 8gigs of RAM, so I don't understand what the problem could be...

Sounds like a memory leak or you're creating too many objects. As macosxnerd101 said, we need to see some code to be sure but those are my first two thoughts.

Well... there's a problem with that... I kind of accidentally erased the game data... looks like I have to start ALL over *sigh*
