Computer Detox

I am trying to purge my computer of unnecessary software. I have three editions of Microsoft C++ installed currently; 2005, 2008, and 2010. Is it safe to uninstall 2005 or 2008 if I have 2010? Is each version all inclusive, or are they just patches and updates on 2005?

from my experience with Visual Studio, it's safe perfectly safe to uninstall all of your previous versions. Trust me :)
