Hi,
Do you think it is worth creating a Website, that reflects your CV, do employers actually look at the website, and say if you do not have commercial experience in website development, with creating a website count as experience to an employer.

If you're looking for work in web design or development, an online resume seems almost a requirement.
Does it count as experience? Probably not, but it's more like "what kind of web dev doesn't bother to make an online resume?"

As Jon points out, if you are a web dev or designer, you will need an online resume. I'm currently in a course for exactly that, and it was one of the first things we were told. Number 1 being: Get a domain.
