my domain with www shows garbage site?

mydomain.com works fine, but www.mydomain.com shows a garbage site like those unsold domain?
(I use registrar's name server, but change A-record to my IP.)

my httpd.conf contains lines like:

<VirtualHost 1.2.3.4>
ServerName mydomain.com
ServerAlias www.mydomain.com
........
</VirtualHost>

How do I fix this?

Your Virtualhost config should include the root folder & root file.

What is your domain?

Did you only change 1 A Record? You'd need to change the A Record for both . and www. on your domain.
