Specifically to those who are in the field quite a bit...
What is your client population? Ie end user, corporate, small business
What do you carry with you in your "jump bag"?
I have a big bag with every tool I could possibly need, but I have a smaller bag for my stuff I use often. Precision screwdrivers, tweezers, small screw container, voltage detector, power cable, SATA cable, and a flash drive with diagnostic/repair software.

I have 2 briefcases both outfitted with standard size screwdrivers, jewlers screwdrivers, sata -> usb converters, ide (laptop & desktop form factor) -> usb converters, extra (known working) ethernet cable, invoices, & clipboard, pens, & a receipt book.
All software is updated on my webserver, & I generally take my laptop, so I am assured internet connection. I take a (generally blank) 8gb thumb drive for data transfer.

Do you carry separate IDE adapters? I have a 3.5" adapter and a 2.5-3.5" converter. I got the converter for $2, so it's cheaper than an IDE-USB adapter.
