Live in canada - View a website as a USA user?

Hi guys I have an odd issue.

I just got a new job in web development. This is an internal position. I am adding a product to a cart, but the company has 2 different product lines. One for the US and one for Canada (where I live). Problem is the website detect what country you are from and show the proper cart items.. How do i test the US side? Please help. Thanks..

The product is "powder burn" last product on the last page..

Would using a proxy in the US help?

And out of curiosity... what does the site do if it detects you are from neither Canada or the US?

When you are in development, just use $_GET values, & pass in what country you are from. When you are ready to test live production, use a proxy server.

Redirects to random pornography/shock sites.
