You can use popular services like vworker or elance. Or you can post here. Just describe what you want, provide everything you think may help them. People will shoot you a price - some people require you to pay half before and half after, so roll with it. Don't be afraid of that, especially if their rather popular on these forums. They aren't going to ruin their reputation for some ~$100. But yeah, if you feel like the price isn't good you can just post in these forums and ask. Generally people will also help you setup your site as well. Having a website online requires money too. It'll cost you ~$10/year for your domain (how people will access your website, dreamincode's domain is dreamincode.net) and ~$5/month for hosting. If you're unsure about what services to buy, I suggest Justhost. As for domains, I've been using Netfirms, but I think you would be able to find a better deal at some other places.

I host for $55 a year & have been paying creativecoding for site design & creation, & just adapt to client specs from there How many projects have we done now, like 3?
