Question on tutorial masm-our first window

In the tutorial author mention about an IDE that convert dialog to WindowEx code, where can i find it ?
"........create the windows and controls in a resource editorand convert that to CreateWindowEx code (thanks to a Dialog to Window converter in the IDE......"

RadASM v2

It is an addin called DlgToWin
Option -> Addin Manager and make sure DlgToWin is checked and installed. Once installed, have your dlg file open, and to convert, Tools -> Dialog to Window, then
Export window, for window conversion and Export Controls for control conversion.
