Hi all, recently I've changed my avatar three times the latest one is an anime dude but for some reason it seems that it goes back to the other avatars sometimes, like right now as of posting this it reverted to the album cover avatar I uploaded. Is it because sometimes the avatar's bandwidth has been overused or something so it gets back to the previous avatar? I seem to remember I resized them and uploaded them here directly. That is all, thanks.

Is the new avatar 64x64 pixels or less? Is the new avatar less than 500kb?

The big question: did you click save changes after you uploaded the new avatar?

Yes sir. Which reminds me, even after uploading and clicking save, it says the action has been completed correctly but the avatar shown is still the old one. I even resort to removing the current avatar before uploading the new one, but lo and behold, the old avatar shows up. Then I forget about it and when I log in I see I'm using my new avatar... until days later when it reverts back to the old one.

Sounds like a CDN issue. That or your ISP/work/school has a transparent (or not so transparent) proxy you're behind that caches.
