Spoiler Button Doesn't Work In Chrome

Posted 29 August 2012 - 05:40 AM

Plane and simple, I press the spoiler button... And that's all that happens, nothing. No drop down, no reveal, just the page staying its same old self!

Thanks,
L99

Also, if you're running something like noscript, you'll have to allow for scripts to run on the site.

As far as I know I have all the scripts and what-not enabled.

What extensions do you have installed?

Also, in your sig, why do you have it as while(1 = 1) instead of while(true)? Saves a keystroke. I'm also wondering, do you know that you don't have a newline in there? You should also indent for readability:
while(true) {
    cout << "Droid";
}
return 0;

1. Not much, only the ones you would expect on a computer (eg Java, Flash, not much else)

2. Yes sir, I will change my sig... *sniff* *Runs away crying*

I'd actually expect some type of ad/script blocker to be installed. Have you tried it in any other browser? (To isolate something really weird going on.) On the sig, when I was new here is when I was told to indent for readability, so I'm just passing that on. I am truly curious as to why you did 1 = 1 instead of true. The newline thing is just a mistake I often forget about, and then I can get really odd results until I realize I forgot to add a newline, but you could also be wanting a field of Droids.

It works fine on my mac, but on m PC it works fine in IE9.

I was kinda going for a field, but that looks messy, so I changed it, but as for the 1 = 1, well when I started coding, I made my DIC account, and as far as I knew, the only infinite loop was 1 = 1 or 1 > 0. I have since found out about just (1) and also about the proposed (true).

Actually, on reflection, I feel a field of droids is better!

Well, I have short bursts of activity, when I run into major problems, then after the fix, I go back into my land of developing and design. You might have seen both my tic tac toe threads, the v1.0 is posted in there, Im currently working up 1.1.

I hope to see you too!
