what research on the topic have you done?
Why does it need to be done on the cloud?

There is a Journal which describes the CENTRALIZED C# COMPILER USING CLOUD
COMPUTING by using CodeDom Technology.

So,we are having an idea to implement with Java,php,xml like how they did for C#.

Can i 've more info about this?
is this can be possible?
