Loading VirtualBox on my XP machine

I am starting my assembly programming class and we need to load the Oracle Virtual box. When I try to start the Virtualbox I get an error and I do not understand what it is telling me.
Any help so I can start programming!

The error window states:

The image c:\Document and Settings\dasker\local setting\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning\Knoppix_V6.0.1CD-2009-02-08-
EN.iso is inaccessible and is being ignored. Please select a different image file for the virtual DVD drive
