Pretty self explanatory. I have done it before I think, I just cant seem to find out where it is.
How do I view who gave me kudos or in what thread I got them?

Kudos are for approved tutorials/snippets that you submitted. Do you mean Reputation maybe?
Click on My Account, then click your name next to logged in. This is your profile page. Under your picture, you will see "View Rep Received", click that and it will list all the rep you got, who gave it to you and for what post

Kudos is different from rep. Rep is for individual posts.. kudos is for work in the tutorials and snippet sections.
At the bottom of every page is a link to the FAQ..
Per that:
You can view yours by clicking 'my account' and the kudos.. it's two down from the top.
