Source: file host with email built-in

Myself and another developer while on placement have just completed a web app to send large files too large for email attachments and thought we'd release the source to the world, hopefully some of you here will find it of use, or help improve it

It's currently at beta stage and we've done all this in 2 days so if you find any issues please let me know on here or on the issue tracker on Codeplex

We've updated the demo version with the following new features :) (the public source will be updated soon also)

  • Secure delete link
  • Multi email sending option
  • Notification e-mail when someone downloads your file

Also Facebook login and "remembering" of previously entered contact emails :)

Beta 2 is now out, and the source on codeplex

Here's the list of new features:

  • Multiple file uploads (with auto-zip compression)
  • Download either single files or combined zip archive
  • Secure download link option
  • Bookmark-able file deletion link
  • Download notifications via e-mail


if anyone has any suggests please post them up :)
