Ask a new question button gone

thanks a lot for the answers, but i am having another problem now.

it may sound ridiculous to you, but i am attempting to ask a new question but i cant find the "ask a new question" button anywhere, is there any problem with the page,or i am not paying attention enough?

hi, i am not writing here,because cant find anywhere the ask a new question button, when i open the page and i am not logged in, i see the button, but when i login, it disappears.

What browser are you using? OS? Can you post a screen shot?
