I suggest that you need to sit down and develop a business plan. You know like what the objectives of this enterprise are, what talents you need in order to accomplish the objectives. How many "employees" you will need, what will be expected of these "employees", what each "employee" can expect to gain, if the business actually succeeds. And don't forget to mention, what will be required by you. This business plan doesn't need to be complete but it should have enough detail to all others to determine if they wish to take a risk on this project, and on you.

The way it looks right now is that you want someone to do most of the work, while you get most of the rewards. A solid business plan should help you recruit the necessary help you need and insure that each person knows what is expected of them. There is a lot of information available to help you formulate your business plan, just search the WEB.
