Pull LDAP or AD attributes from Exchange shell

We don't have a dc with Active Directory web services on it so I'm looking on trying to pull a specific attribute that shows in LDAP or AD Attributes using exchange powershell.

Anyone know how to pull the attributes? I can get membership with Memberof, but I need the attributes that appear in the attribute editor.
