Unusual downtime... 23:45 PST

I've gotten used to the 23:00 PST downtime. I was surprised by the 23:45 PST that occurred a few minutes ago. Was that scheduled, or was somebody mounting another attack on the website?

Well, for me it's the other way around, I think the downtime was earlier than expected for me. So it happened on a later time too?
