I am sorry but I cannot answer your question. This is the first time I have heard of nopcommerce so I googled it.
So I have read that it is ASP.NET based. So, can I ask a question instead? Do you really code with ASP.NET for it? I am curious since I have no idea about it.
Is it just like a Web host?

Yes i have code in asp.net,and i want to change my nopcommerce templete.....if you dont know so it is ok...i will find it..
