Struggling with formatting

Hi there,

I'm trying to put together a website, but I'm struggling on the formatting.

I have attached an image of what I would like the page to look like.

It has a simple header with 2 images the logo and the pacmen, then the content will be products so an image text description and the price.

Then at the bottom I would like the blue image as a footer that moves down with the content.

Any help would be much appreciated.
