Login-Password on WinXP

Hello!
I have forget my login password, so i can't login on Windows.
OS - Windows XP Home Edition

Also...
I Don't know the Administrator Password.
I Can't remember any of passwords.

What can i do to avoid the format ????

'Forgot' isn't a flaw in the environment, it's poor system maintenance.

As noted, for security reasons we can not assist with this situation. Closing topic.
