Old versions of Avast did that to me and an old version of BitDefender did that too. Kinda' like: I'm sorry but this connection will let you browse the web and start using websites like facebook and 9gag which will ultimately make you waste hours and hours doing nothing but spy on your crush and then posting stupid funny stuff about you and her on 9gag! :(

Ha! I just checked my Sophos install on my work laptop... I have 17 items in Quarantine - ALL of them are this Sophos update gone wrong. Too funny.
