Asus GeForce GTX 680 DirectCU II Top
Kingston HyperX 1600Mhz 8gb kit OR Corsair Vengeance 1600Khz 8GB Kit
OCZ Vertex 3 120G SSD for OS
FSP Aurum CM 750W 80 Plus GOLD PSU
WD Black Caviar 1TB for storage

Any comments or suggestions for better components or parts, or does this sound like a solid gaming rig?

Sounds okay but just curious,what is the advantage of that mobo vs a less expensive model? And will 750 watts be enough? It should be, but be sure

And what OS will you be using? You could save money on the HD for the OS too. 120 gb is plenty large

do you mean I5-370k or I5-550k?
Go with the hyper 212 evo. Looks awesome
