I'm new here so it's interesting to see that a few of you are talking about putting more "Fitness" into your daily routine when I actually came here to put more "coding" into my life as I start my college career in the computer science/Management information systems.
But to the point. Me and a friend of mine have been doing Insanity and we just started week 2 today. Granted I work out regularly this workout routine is nice to do because you don't even have to leave your own house to work out. Also if you want to get stronger/build muscle P90X is another very good option for everyone.

Last year around this exact time, I was almost to running a mile. Then I got hired at mcdonalds.
The food didn't make me gain weight. But work + school = no sleep
So For the entire school year I went to school, then work, then home for sleep
I hate McHell

Even though I have had several friends work there, this is the first I have heard this saying
In all seriousness though, I commend you Sir for having a job and actually working.
Yea, it's McDonalds. So what? A job is a job. The idea is to go to college so you shall not turn into a Lifer. Just stick with it until something better becomes available or you graduate. Thankfully I never had to work fast-food (closest has been a military mess-hall), but my last year at tech college I was working 1 main job (30hrs a week) plus 4 other part-time jobs, being an R.A. on campus, a State Officer in one organization, officer in pretty much every other club on campus, AND taking 19 credit hours.
Believe me when I say I understand the power of naps
Speaking of naps, I typed in "power nap" in google just for the heck to see what came up, and apparently GoogleHQ actually has these scattered around the building for their employees!

I heard McDonalds actually will pay for your college.Shit maybe I am in the wrong industry, all these damn loan payments make me regret getting my bachelors, when the other guy who is a higher paygrade than me has no college experience.

If you work a government job for ten years, they'll forgive your loans. A have a buddy who racked up nearly $100,000 in student loans, because he planned on working for the VA when he graduated. He's on the reduced payment plan (or whatever the hell it is) that takes a lifetime to repay, because he knows it'll all go away long before he's done paying it off.

This is bulking season, up 23 lbs since July already
, will continue to 225, which is 5 more lbs then will switch over to a defining workout routine and back to cutting in February. Fall/Winter is best time of year for me fitness wise.

By the time I finish my Bachelors Degree I am estimating around 25K for my student loans. Over a 10yr regular plan that's about $210 a month, or if I wanna press my finances over 5yrs, about $420 a month.
Once I have my Bachelors, almost anywhere in the private sector pays a minimum double of my current salary to their Developers, so I plan to simply tighten the belt for a year or 2 and get my loans all payed off.

Shin splints? I've seen people use the wraps for them.. but I was always a fan of gradual warm ups.
You could always go the route of Tong Po and just beat your shins into submission.
