This is going to be me in the gym tonight

EDIT: So Fridays are cardio days with the group fitness trainer. I did the elliptical for an hour, did about 4 miles. I don't wanna say it was HIIT, but it was mostly low intensity with a few 30 second spurts of haul-ass, so idk if that counts. My legs are jello. Just thought I'd check in with that. Tomorrow morning is yoga with free vegan food samples.

I hit the last hole in my belt this morning. Gonna try my old jeans on later and see if I can fit back into them. I got about 10-15 lbs to go to lose the belly completely I hope.

I was at the gym the other day and noticed people on the stair climber were not all at the same height (we have tall stair climbers).. some near the bottom, some near the middle.. then there was one guy at the top.. I chucked and thought of this C&H short.

Well... It's finals week. We had our last day in the weight room yesterday.
Here are the stats of the semester:
Bench press: 95 -> 135
Incline press: 85 -> 120
Squats: 180 -> 250
Power cleans: 65 -> 125
I'm unsure of what I'm going to do now. I have a one month free membership to Golds Gym (luckily, also right down the street) so I may go there. What do you guys think? Golds Gym any good?

If it is free it worth checking out. See if they have the same equipment you are used to working out on and go from there. I have never done the gym thing but hey if it's free I would check it out at least.

i was the only one who showed up for group training yesterday. oh well more one on one time for me. my main trainer talked me into buying kne of those dancy heart rate monitors. this thing is sweet. it does pretty mucb everything but wash the dishes. i even get my text messages on it (its a Motorola so it syncs with my droid) and phone calls. according to it ive already burned 900 cals and walkex 3500 steps out of my 10k steps today and its only 9 am! i guess i did more walking at work than i thought.
