I'm down to about 170, which means I've dropped nearly 35lbs since early December. I'll be moving to the new apartment at the end of this month and I plan on getting back into working out on a regular basis really heavily. My plan is to bulk up a little bit and maybe put on 15-20lbs of muscle. Maybe less, depending on the progress and how I feel about my body as I go. I've still got a bit of body fat that I need to get rid of as well, but that will come off pretty easily when I get back into exercising more.

Tonsil removal? Eeek!

Make sure you leave with them in a sealed jar. I wouldn't trust the medical-industrial complex with my left over parts. Plus they would look need on your mantel with a little light below it!

That's pretty cool that you're moving forward on that. I think you're going to like how sleeping works when your airways remain open throughout the night. It's actually restful.

Thanks for keeping us informed. Your reaction has been noted.

But, not asking you to lie, maybe you want to share these things in a little more limited fashion?

supersloth I went through that stuff too. It's not that bad actually. You're given a prescription to some painkillers and the orders to just not do anything and only eat soft/liquid foods (ice cream, soup, etc). It's best to just kick back and watch some movies if you can. Also too much of the painkillers will give you nausea, so real fast games and such aren't always a good idea. Good luck!
