GDSM...couldn't finish the 22 min run today. Got to 19 mins but the lingering asthma the recent cold gifted me with finally won.

That and, even though I was outdoors, I had to pass a woman and her daughter 4 times on the track...each time being accosted by the most noxiously rotting/sweet scent each lap. I swear, it had the olfactory melange of old Juicy Fruit if it were spread on a rotting carcass. Absolutely most vile odor I've encountered in awhile.

I can only shudder in terror at what other stench she was desperately trying to cover up with it.

Anyway, taking 2 weeks off does no good for your wind, so I have come to discover.

More gains. Squats increased to 60 lbs, lat pulldowns to 50, rows went to 45. If you want I could post another screenshot of my metrics for today's workout.

Here's how last night went (No breakfast/minimal lunch):

Bench Press: 175lbs, 2 Sets of 5 Reps for priming, 5 Reps on final set for Count.
Bicep Curls: 50lb Barbell, 10 Reps, 3 Sets
Tricep Press: 40lb Dumbbell, 12 Reps, 2 Sets
Tricep Extension: 15lb Dumbbell, 10 Reps, 2 Sets
Chins: Negatives, 5 Reps holding for 3 seconds or more (Where the lack of food really started to hit)
Squats: 185lbs, 2 Sets of 5 Reps for priming, 8 Reps on final set for Count.

More food would have definitely helped, but glad I was able to pump out the 5 on Bench Press. The way my workout has been going, I increase 10lbs each week on the major exercises like Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts, and 5lb increases on Overhead Press. Long as I hit 5 count on the last round, I can increase. Looks like I'll be hitting the failure point on Bench pretty soon, which means taking 10% weight off and working back up.

Sad to be coming close to that point (though my friend hit it awhile back), but considering a few months ago I was only doing like 2 sets of 8 with 130lbs, I'm happy where I've gotten! ^^ I hit triple digits last week on the overhead and haven't reached failure point yet, and I'm trying to hit 200+ on Squats before the same. Deadlifts are getting rough (215lbs this week) but don't think I'm to fail point just yet! >_<

The last couple of weeks it has been hard for me to get out to run due to various reasons. I have managed to get some running in but not as much as I would like. I have been going steady with the 100 push-ups program I am repeating week 4 this week due to trying the first day of week 5 and not being able to complete all the sets. Still losing weight so no real complaints just know I got to go run when I have the chance.

Do you have a link to this program Apokio? I've got a pretty good regiment right now, and once classes finish I plan on adding in C25K, but have been considering a push-up program as well.
