Question is likely not related to ASP. Was this situation ever fixed?

If not, I would not even waste my time checking ASP. If your traceroute is failing, you have some serious issues, contact your networking team, & your isp.

@No2...no it was never resolved! We have contacted our ISP a number of times and they kept giving us the run around. We just got off the phone with them again and they said we are having DNS Issues! We are trying to troubleshoot now. But yea the website works internally..so I figured there was nothing on my end I could do! I will keep all you guys updated. With that said, is there anyway we can get my topics merged?

Assuming your IIS is setup normally I would start with your network and go from there. Perhaps a firewall update is blocking it or something along those lines.

Then why are you opening a 2nd topic?
& why would you open it under ASP?

& yet you open a 2nd topic, asking us to help on something you don't think is resolvable?

Done, but I have to ask how little your business values it's prescience on the internet. After 1 day of issues caused by AT&T, I switched ISPs.

If you were experiencing DNS issues, then the traceroute would fail to resolve the domain name & not continue.

The reason I opened up in ASP is because I wanted to make sure there was nothing in the code that could cause this issue.

As far as from your website itself, unless you have explicitly stated <deny users="*" /> in the <authorization> section of <system.web> then it shouldn't be effecting it.

The website has <allow users="*" /> stated in the <authorization> section of the config file.
