We have a few of those kooks here in North East PA. One guy has a Lincoln towncar filled to the brim with stuffed animals, to the point where only the drivers seat is visible, another is the hyper-patriot like that guy, and the last one drives a Chevy Astro mini van with bible verses plastered all over it. The religious nut parks his van in different places along the highway 7 days per week.
