Auto fill Datagrid column

I have Datatable which has 2 column bind to datagrid

When i fill the firstcolumn the second column of datagrid will also fill with datatable column2 only if value of firstcolumn in datagrid is match to datatable column1,

the event will fire when the firstcolumn of datagrid changed


is there any workaround to do this, thanks in advance.
