Line 100 looks suspect:

I'm not sure what you're trying to do there, but it looks like you have style attributes sitting outside the style quoted text.

Your final table has multiple tbody elements. When you declare multiple tbody elements, the renderer (i.e. - the browser) will simply combine the rows of those elements. That could be the problem you're having. It would be nice if you explained a little better than saying there's an extra button too. What does this extra button look like?

Well, it has the same properties of the king div. And I did say that pulling it up in a life HTML editor shows this issue.

I've pulled it up in IE and FF and there doesn't appear to be an issue. As I said, if you explained what the issue is, maybe it would be easier to spot. A screenshot would be helpful.

You've got two buttons in your div with id vip, which is causing the final button in the row to flow over. Right clicking on the page in Chrome and selecting "Inspect..." is the best way to find bugs like this.
