This is a question towards those who have experience in the IT industry with a degree in CS or CSE. Do you use any of the Calculus concept learned in college in IT jobs? If so, can you explain on what/how you used?

Unless you're doing mathematical or scientific computing, you probably won't be using Calculus in the workplace. Really, you probably won't be using much more math than simple algebra.
