we are looking for a person with 5+ years total experience and

1. at least a couple of years of experience in Python development and/or
2. prior experience with leading teams and handling delivery responsibilities
3.Interested or should be able to pick up 1 or 2 easily if experience.
4.The goal is to have a person who will make an impact quickly.
