Hi,

I need a logo designed for a nursery the job pays £25

It will be paid by paypal the nursery is called Jack and Jill's...

The logo should incorporate Jack and Jill plus a rainbow over them...

What about other pertinent facts. Preferred font? Logo size? Image type? Company colors?

company colors are red and yellow

No preference on the font

circular logo to be used in letter heads

size can be anywhere between 150-300 pix

logo to be used in various letters, brochures etc

Yup, not even remotely related to a logo.

However, I came across this when searching for a logo.

Maybe something similar?

And how about looking for some professional? He might be able to do loads better.

I have made it two color as printing options will be two color or three color
obviously two color printing is cheaper.

Anything constructive, things I may have missed ?

For some reason, the HD version isn't readable but the previous one is.

Yup, keep the outline around children, but the text was legible in the first one. Also, you need to give some space between Nursery and Jack.

Also, it's a bit too neon. What happened to red and yellow?

I decided to go with pink and blue

pink for girls and blue for boys that seems to have gone down well

Yes I will have to put a space between Nursery and Jack I have spotted that one too....

It's quite hard this logo design stuff you know ..lol

I have a better one with a drop shadow in place.

It looks ok ish
